Because life should be fun. You should be your true self. You should feel all your emotions and deal with the reality of each moment.

Adjusting to life remains a challenge, but with more awareness it becomes more fun and easier!

Knowing your core, "your self." Developing yourself—your thoughts, feelings, and behavior—often creates space for the desired movement.

Understanding your specific patterns of behavior and thinking, and taking targeted actions to do things differently, can make all the difference!

Working at a deeper level is often necessary to become freer from deep-rooted old pain/patterns.

It's amazing how working on the subconscious level creates space in everyday life.

Concrete yoga exercises that can help create space in body and mind.

Experience more contact; body, breath, attention.

This "being more aware" creates space! Space in your body and mind.

Relax more easily in your body, let go of recurring thoughts, worry less and experience less stress.

Individual yoga guidance for deepening relaxation and awareness

Increasing your self-awareness, both physically and mentally, gives you more freedom of movement in your daily life.

Physical limitations or negative emotions have less of an inhibiting effect; you learn to deal with them wisely.

Yoga ultimately provides:

  • more body awareness
  • better connection body and mind
  • flexibility body and mind
  • improved concentration
  • more patience
  • more kindness
  • improved posture
  • less stress, physically and mentally
  • stronger muscles

Connecting. Being completely there together. Playing. Relaxing. Smiling faces, hugs, sparks in the eyes.

Just plain old connection between parent and child!

Physical activity for both parent and child. Working on flexibility, strength, confidence, and surrender. Being challenged. Relaxing together, focusing on breathing, and parent-child massages.

And all of this is done with enjoyment. You'll navigate a lesson together, using a theme or storyline.
