My path
In recent years, I've been able to experience the ups and downs of life's rollercoaster, moving through it step by step. Grateful for the experience of my path. Fortunately, over the years, I've experienced more and more space and confidence in daily life. That we are strong. That life is a surprise. I'm grateful that I can continue to develop this way. Grateful for all the people I learn from and the beautiful and wise things that inspire me. Ultimately, you have to do it yourself; every day, anew, we get to make our own choices, give ourselves permission to be who we are.
Yoga & Me
After a knee injury, yoga came my way. A whole new world opened up for me.
I learned to interact with myself with gentleness and wisdom by being present with my breath, practicing postures that open the body. The effects of yoga and meditation are now very noticeable in my daily life. I can relax more easily and experience greater awareness and trust in life.
I love giving yoga classes and workshops: I like to let others experience yoga
Life is constantly in motion. My life too. Studio Pit moves with it.
Motherhood in my life! Studio Pit is on the back burner. Studio Pit is now adapting to the online market.
I continue to convey from my core.
The woman that I am, the mother that I am.
Education & Me
During my years as a rehabilitation physiotherapist, the connection between body and mind became increasingly clear. To help people more effectively, I started studying psychology.
I gained more insight into behavior and behavioral change. Under the guidance of a therapist, I also gained insight into my own limiting behavioral patterns.
With the regression therapy training I learned an effective method to treat the core of problems, so that in addition to gaining insight, I really get to grips with the strategies.
I also experience how much lighter you feel when you let go of old pain.
Practicing tantra also made me feel freer now. Freer from the guilt and shame of my humanity.
